Madonna Not Allowed To Act Anymore

Jay Leno joked during his Tonight Show monologue on Tuesday night, “Madonna announced last week she is finished with acting. See, legally, actually, legally, she is not allowed to act anymore. This is all part of the new anti-torture legislation they’re trying to get through Congress.”
