Madonna’s appearance in Tokyo was a featured segment on ‘The Early Show’ on Monday. Anchor Harry Smith sat down and interviewed the Material Girl and questioned her feelings towards a number 1 album in 29 countries, her previous album’s failure, her feelings towards her promotional concerts plus much more.
