Madonna Won’t Be Stopped From Promoting New Album

Madonna has her new dance album ‘Confessions On A Dance Floor’ coming out in November, but her rep Liz Rosenberg doubted her injuries would stop her from promoting the disk. Still, she did concede this much to The New York Daily News: “I don’t know if she’s going to be hanging from a disco ball any time soon.”
