Madonna’s ‘Swept Away’ Straight To DVD In The UK

Ananova reports that after Madonna’s latest film ‘Swept Away’ bombed badly in the US, it will be released straight to video in the UK. “Following the disappointing box office results in the US, Guy Ritchie’s Swept Away will not be released theatrically in the UK,” a Columbia Tristar spokesman said. A spokeswoman for Madonna said she had no comment on the announcement the film will go straight to video.
