The Herald Sun reports a 19-year-old man accused of throwing a bag of cement dust at Shakira during an appearance in Sydney will face court over the incident, police said on Friday. The man threw the bag at the singer during her performance at a shopping center at in Sydney on Thursday. Shakira was quickly whisked off the stage afterwards and the bag did not hit her.
