We saw Miley Cyrus, her sister Brandi and her BFF Mandy Jiroux at Panera Bread on January 17th from the lens of Hollywood.tv paparazzo Allison, now Mandy has posted footage of the paps waiting for the trio outside the bakery-cafe chain getting a rare shot at the silver-haired lensman who is a fixture outside the 'Hannah Montana' star's family home in Toluca Lake.
