Mandy Moore’s rep confirmed to ‘Access Hollywood’ that the actress/singer and musician Ryan Adams are engaged. A rep for Adams wouldn’t confirm the news, stating, “We have no statement and never comment on Ryan’s personal life.” The couple began dating at the end of 2007 and split during summer 2008, with Adams suggesting that dealing with paparazzi came between them.
