Mandy Moore Answers TRL E-Mails

Mandy Moore responded to some e-mails from TRL viewers after her appearance on the MTV program last Tuesday. One asked why she decided to do an album of cover songs as opposed to new songs. “The idea for the cover record came about just by experimenting,” Mandy explained. “I wanted to do a couple covers on the album and by the time I finished compiling a list of potentials, I knew that I wanted to do a ‘fun’ record of all of them.”
