After MTV posted an article Friday on Mandy Moore’s next film ‘Try Seventeen’, with Elijah Wood, the actress/singer clarified the report to fans on her official site message board. Mandy said, “I am sorry how the article sounded, but no, no, no. ‘Try Seventeen’ is not about me at all. The story focuses around Elijah’s character. I play a supporting role—a college aged girl who happens to live in the apartment building that he moves in to. This girl is by no means crazy, but she is a flirter. There are no sex scenes acted or insinuated between my character and anyone else. lol…. It’s a great story that I am more than proud to be a part of. Vancouver rocks and we are having a blast rehearsing and hanging out. I can’t wait to go back and get started. Hope this cleared it up a bit.”
