Mandy Moore checked in with fans on her blog at Myspace on Monday (October 23). “This whole process of recording is just amazing,” she writes. “I have never really been in the studio 24/7 to watch and be a part of a producer and band figuring things out, trying the unknown and then just finding a groove — it’s beyond exciting. For the first time, I really feel like I am coming into my own in the studio. I guess ALL GOOD THINGS come in due time. We are about 15 songs into recording just the basic tracks. From there, we will begin overdubs, vocals and have visits here by some of my favorite people in the whole world….Lori McKenna, The Weepies and a few others. It’s really like camp up here and just so good to be away and focused on nothing but this album.”
