Mandy Moore has finally responded to Wilmer Valderrama’s recent boast to Howard Stern that he took her virginity. She called the claim “utterly tacky, not even true” in her cover story for Elle magazine and added that the ‘That 70s Show’ star’s claim “hurt my feelings because I like him.”
