Mandy Moore Dissapointed With Sony

Mandy Moore is very disappointed with her old record label, Sony Records. After parting ways with them earlier this year, speculations spread that Sony dropped Mandy over poor record sales her last album, ‘Coverage.’ The album peaked at #14 on the charts, her highest yet, but plummeted from there. Sony decided not to promote it or even release it overseas. But in the past few months, it was announced Sony would release a greatest hits collection of the songs she released while still on the label. The album, ‘Best Of,’ is due on Tuesday (November 16) and Mandy is reportedly fuming over this. She thought never in a million years she would put out a hits collection, especially after breaking ties with Sony. However Sony went along with it and decided to milk the Mandy Moore name for the rest of its worth. Similar situations happened to Christina Aguilera, with a pre-fame record, ‘Just Be Free.’
