Star magazine has details behind Zach Braff’s proposal to Mandy Moore. “Mandy and Zach couldn’t be happier about their engagement, an insider tells the tabloid. “They’re very much in love.” Though no date has been set, look for Braff’s ‘Garden State’ co-star and best friend Donald Faison to be the best man. “The best man will probably be Donald,” the source added. Braff’s rep is denying the engagement report.
