Mandy Moore Flies Cross Country To See Andy’s Big Win

Us Weekly reports that when Mandy Moore took the red-eye to New York to catch Andy Roddick’s U.S. Open finals victory on September 7th, Roddick instructed her to not sit in the player’s box because he didn’t want to be distracted during the match at Arthur Ashe Stadium. Moore instead sat obscured in a second-level section with her mother Stacy, father Don, and Roddick’s parents Jerry and Blanche. Mandy said afterwards in regards to her cross-country flight, “You care about someone, you love them, you go the distance.”
