The Manila Bulletin reports that the Philippine Bureau of Immigration issued yesterday a special work permit to American pop star Mandy Moore in time for her major concert tonight at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City. Immigration Commissioner Andrea D. Domingo signed the special work permit in favor of Moore and her nine-man entourage who are in Manila for a six-day promotional tour.

I live in Manila and I should say her concert is one of the best than Mariah visited manila last November 16! Many Filipinos didn’t like the treatment of Mariah’s BLACK Bodyguards to the people who are in Airports to welcome Mariah here in the Philippines.Media,fans etc….!are so disappointed to Mariah ….though that’s the news, she still sell a lot of tickets on her concert! anyway I don’t like that Bitch! those fan who wanna see Mandy watch her at TFC or The Filipino Channel!she will be guesting at MTB Magandang Tanghali Bayan!
