Mandy Moore Not Worried About Sales For New Album

Mandy Moore’s forthcoming album will mark the first time that the singer/actress has written or co-written every song. The track list is now being whittled down from 18 completed tracks. “It means a lot to me to make something that’s mine,” Moore told Billboard. “It’s a passion project. It won’t matter if it doesn’t sell tons or have this high level of success.” Plans are to release the album in April 2007, which Moore hopes will coincide with a tour in smaller theaters and “cool clubs.” Read more.
