Today, on her message board, Mandy Moore responded to a fan’s questioning of her feelings on her photos on a pro-anorexia website. She wrote, “I am honestly horrified to hear of this. I have read about the existence of sites of that nature, but really don’t feel like looking. Anorexia is a disease and should be treated as such. The sites that honor that condition as an attainable goal are sadly mistaken. I am glad to hear of your recovery.”

um I really don’t appreciate the fact that people are out here trying to promote anorexia. My beautiful mommy died two years ago at 34 years old I was only 15. so it’s thanks to these people that are influencing these people that others are orphaned every day . rip Melissa Beth Clark
