Mandy Moore spoke with Us Weekly on her participation in Ashley Borden’s four-day, three night training program at the St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort & Spa in Dana Point, California. The singer/actress is led through six exercises through 90 minutes of daily cardio work and an equal amount of strength training, stretching and balance work. Moore is fed a diet of mainly protein veggies and snacks every three hours along with 4 liters of water a day. “I felt like a new person after working out, eating cleanly and drinking so much water,” Moore said of the $2,841 camp, which also includes Nike gear and a take-home plan.
