Mandy Moore Staying Low Key About Turning 18

The Associated Press spoke with about her 18th birthday today, and she insists no major changes are in store. Moore doesn’t plan on get anything pierced or tattooed because she can’t stand the pain, nor does she plan to drop her clean-cut image.
