Mandy Moore’s ‘Moonshadow’
Mandy Moore has posted several more new clips, since removed, from her forthcoming album ‘Coverage’, the latest being the Cat Stevens classic ‘Moonshadow’. Mandy commented, “This has a childlike quality to it. That same quality of innocence and beauty. The song is talking about being grateful for what you have and I loved it automatically. It was one song I knew would be a great choice for me to keep true to the original form and sing it the way it was written. We’ve kept it acoustic and simple. It was my opportunity to bring everything down. It was a fun song to record and I did it in like forty minutes.”
