Mandy’s Not Comfortable Going In Sexy Image Direction

Bob Strauss of The Guardian recently caught up with Mandy Moore to talk about her role in ‘A Walk to Remember’, whether her future would be primarily acting or singing, and whether she’s considering a sexier image now that she’s an adult. On the latter subject, Mandy said, “It’s not that. I mean, I am religious, I have faith. But it’s just about me being me, and not being comfortable going in that direction. I’m not criticizing it; it’s just not me. It works for people who have the confidence to pull it off. I’m only 18, and I don’t have that type of confidence in myself yet.” Read more.
