Newsday reports that as part of a plea agreement, Marc Anthony and two others agreed to pay a total of $2.5 million in back taxes. In exchange, Jennifer Lopez’s hubby will avoid criminal prosecution. “We have to be able to show intent” to cheat on taxes, Manhattan District Attorney Robert Morgenthau said.
