Mariah Carey Doesn’t Hold High Note Record

Claims that Mariah Carey holds the world record for hitting the highest note in history and that she’s been immortalized for her vocal feat by ‘The Guinness Book of World Records’ are false, according to Kate Smith, spokeswoman for the record book. “It’s pure fiction. We don’t have a category for highest note by a human,” Smith told the National Enquirer.
