Mariah Carey Dress Auction Benefiting Susan G. Komen

Last October’s “Design a Luscious Pink Dress for Mariah Carey!” campaign asked entrants to design beautiful, ethereal and awe-inspiring dresses for Mariah. Over 4,000 dress designs were submitted, but Mariah and a panel of fashion experts only chose one. The winning dress has since been brought to life, with one dress for Mariah, one for the dress designer, and one to be auctioned off for charity benefiting Breast Cancer Awareness.

The winning dress was created by 20-year-old Julian Contreras from San Jose. Mariah couldn’t think of a better place to wear her gown than to a romantic dinner around the time of her one year anniversary to husband, Nick Cannon.

The dress is now available for auction on eBay, with all proceeds benefiting Susan G. Komen for the Cure. The Bidding starts at $500, with the winner being determined May 30th. ebay.com has since archived the listing.
