Mariah Carey Learns To Set Boundaries
The New York Daily News caught up with Mariah Carey at the Island/Def Jam bash the other night and asked what has been the biggest change for her since her breakdown. “I learned how to say ‘no’ and how to set boundaries in my life,” she said. “Sometimes you have to go through the most difficult stuff to get to your best work. It’s not about, ‘Woe is me, I’m a celebrity, feel sorry for me.’ I’m grateful for where I am.”
