Mariah Carey Negotiating With Def Jam For $3-5 Million Per Album

Pagesix.com reports Mariah Carey is in discussions with Def Jam records for a two-album deal at $3 million to $5 million per album, according to a source. Apparently Mariah is talking directly to Def Jam CEO and President Lyor Cohen trying to hammer out a deal, though a spokeswoman said she was unaware of any such talks.
