Femalemusic.info has an interesting video clip just posted featuring Mariah Carey on Rove[live] in Australia from July 2001, just before her ‘breakdown’ and the release of her movie and album ‘Glitter’. Mariah did the interview after being up for twenty hours straight while wrapping up ‘Wisegirls’. Carey went into character mode doing Rachel’s ‘Wisegirls’ Staten Island accent, talked about her big contract with Virgin Records, how she got started in the music business, disfunction in her life, and how her mother was a drama queen diva.
