Mariah Carey Overwhelms Kelly Clarkson

WENN reports ‘American Idol’ champ Kelly Clarkson was so nervous when she met real life heroine Mariah Carey she feared she was going to get sick. “I completely dorked out. I never get jittery on stage, I don’t think I’ve ever been nervous my whole life, but when I met her I felt like I was gonna be sick through nervousness. She’s just such an amazing talent,” Clarkson said. “She asked me what I was doing and I said I was coming to London and she was like, ‘Oh, you’ll love it, I loved it myself.’ She’s very nice, very sweet and down to earth, and I’m thinking, ‘Mariah Carey, why are you talking to me?’”
