Mariah Carey Puts Herself First
Mariah Carey tells Radio 1 that she’s learned to put herself first after her physical and mental breakdown last year. “If you put the whole celebrity and music business and whatever other projects you are involved in first, before the human being, that’s when anybody will crash physically,” she said. “Your body literally cannot go on one hour of sleep for two months. It doesn’t work. No matter how tough you think you are – at a certain point, you just have to stop.”
