Mariah Carey Reportedly Courted By Def Jam & Warner
The New York Times is reporting industry sources are saying Mariah Carey is close to signing a deal with either Universal Music Group’s Island Def Jam label or Warner Music Group. The Times reported terms were being discussed for as little as a $5 million advance for each album, with a three album deal.
