Mariah Carey Reveals She’s Pregnant

Mariah Carey sat down with ‘Access Hollywood’ co-host Billy Bush at her home in New York City to reveal she’s pregnant. What fans may not have known was the road she traveled to get there, which was filled with both joy and heartache. “Honestly, I feel like we really learned a lot just as people,” Carey said about her first pregnancy with Cannon ending in a miscarriage. “It sort of was like more preparing us to do this, because the way it happened so quickly at first, and then I was sort of in shock, that I didn’t expect it, I didn’t know what to expect. When that happened and I wasn’t even able to talk to anyone about it, that was not okay. That was not easy. I’ve never really been a very forthcoming person about my personal stuff, it’s just not my thing.” Carey added that the ordeal “kind of shook us both and really took us to a place that was dark and difficult.” Watch the 2-part interview below the cut.
