Mariah Carey Vents Frustration At ‘Bob’ Punching Bag

The Chicago Sun-Times reports Mariah Carey told those at an Operation Smile benefit in New York: “One of the things I do for exercise is that I have a punching bag set up in my apartment that is designed to look like a man which I call Bob. I punch it regularly and I enjoy releasing anger like that very much.”
