An insider confirmed Monday to the Las Vegas Sun that Mariah Carey is indeed coming to Caesars Palace, despite reports that had Celine Dion not wanting to have another female performer take her stage in between her shows at the venue. Tickets are expected to go on sale this weekend for the planned July 25th and July 26th shows.
