Marie Digby Checks In From Texas

Marie Digby checked in with fans on her blog at Myspace on Friday (November 9). The singer writes, “Hey everyone! So today I left St. Louis .. and now I am in a place called McAllen Texas, right on the border of Mexico! I went into the 7-Eleven of McAllen called ‘Stripes’ and a cute old man came up to me asking me something. But unfortunately, I don’t know any Spanish and he didn’t seem to know a word of English… through a lot of akward smiling and gesturing we finally found a way to communicate ! He wanted to know where I found the bottles of water :) So when we landed today and got off the plane, the first thing I smelled was wafts of barbeque sauce.. lol..
