The People reports that former Take That singer Mark Owen is being investigated by cops over bizarre claims he groped a busty blonde at The Kebab Korner. After topless model Julie Thomas twice refused to go home with him, she claims he groped her. Julie added: “All of a sudden he just grabbed me and he was really rough. We were all dressed provocatively but that did not give him the right to behave like that. When I got back to my friend’s house I phoned the police.”
