Matt Giraud Addresses Justin Timberlake Comparisons
The latest ‘American Idol’ finalist to get the boot, Matt Giraud, answered a question from a MySpace fan, asking the singer if he’s been compared to Justin Timberlake before ‘Idol’. “I was compared,” Matt said. “So when I came on the show I wanted to stay away from that as much as possible… I wanted to focus on trying to be me, so I got on the piano and did some ballads, and then towards the end, I was like ‘Maybe I should start dancing.’” Watch the answer below.
