Matt White ‘Who’s Next’ Interview And Performance

Yahoo! Music's 'Who's Next' features an Matt White in an interview and performance of 'Best Days'. White talked about having a musical background in his family, being influenced by Americana rock such as Bruce Springsteen and Bob Dylan, and walking to Washington Square Park in New York City during summertime with his guitar to perform when he was growing up.

Talking about his debut album 'Best Days', White said, "The whole process was really incredible. To be working with the people that I worked with. There are a lot of different personalities on the album, because my whole thing was like, this could be the only album that I make, so I might as well do every kind of thing I could do. I think that's why it has so many different influences on it. You can definitely hear, the first song is very Zeppeliny. It really captures a lot of things I was trying to do. There was also a classic like, the fifth song is 'Love', an old-school kind of Sinatra-esque song. There's a lot of different personalities on the album." Watch the interview and performance below.
