McFly Have Writer’s Block

McFly tell The Glasgow Daily Record reports they have writer’s block and are struggling to come up with songs for their second album, though they hope they’ll get inspiration when they tour the UK next month. “Me and Tom sat down this week and could not think of lyrics. Our brains have just gone. We’re getting writer’s block at the minute,” Danny Jones revealed. “We’ve been writing ideas separately. I’m sure when we get on tour we’ll get some tunes out of ourselves. Like the first album, we’ll find inspiration in the hotel rooms again. Hotel rooms are best for writing for me. You can write about everyday lyrics, about what has been happening or make up a story about a girl and put true life into it.”
