McFly’s Danny On His Most Ludicrous Bet

Popworld.com caught up with McFly guitarist/vocalist Danny Jones for a Q&A and asked what was the most ludicrous bet he’s made. “I was playing stupid drinking games and I said to this guy, ‘I’ll give you 50 quid in cash right now if you eat that ashtray,’ like eat all the cigarettes in the ashtray,” Jones explained. “There was a lot in there and he was like, ‘What, you’d pay me 50 quid in cash?’ I said, ‘Yeah, here you are, it’s on the table now. If you eat that you can have the 50 quid.’ And he just scoffed all the cigarettes down, it was unbelievable. Credit to you mate, there’s your 50 quid.”
