Media Jump On Michael Jackson’s Return To Vegas
The Las Vegas Review Journal reports Michael Jackson’s return to Las Vegas last Thursday triggered one of the biggest media stampedes ever witnessed in the city. Veteran NBC correspondent Mike Taibbi was taken aback by how fast the media responded to the story. When he arrived on a hill overlooking Green Valley Ranch at 2 a.m. Friday, there were three satellite trucks. “By 3:30 a.m., there were 13 satellite and mini-trucks,” he said.
