Mediation Between Fanbases

I apologize for making people sit through another opinion post, but I’m going to keep it short and sweet, Ok? Let’s be clear about one thing, NEITHER Britney Spears nor Christina Aguilera are real “artist” in any way shape or form, But then again the Music Business is more about Business then Music. Neither one worked extremely hard to get where they are today, they played their cards and had the right connections. Neither one knows what it’s like to be a struggling musician, doing open mic nights in smoky clubs just waiting for their “big breaks” meanwhile not knowing where their next meal would be coming from. I highly doubt either one has worked a hard day of labor in their life. Does this me they don’t deserve to be where they are? Absolutely not. But you people need to realize that Britney and Christina are BOTH products, they both handpick every song on their albums, and come up with the concepts. Sure they co-write a song here and their, But if you asked them to compose their music, they’d most likely be sh*t out of luck. So putting either one on a higher pedestal than the other is pointless. We have a right to like whoever we like, and listen to whoever we choose to…Without being degraded or judged. We also have the right to buy a Christina or Britney album without feeling like we’re being unloyal to the other. They make their music for us to enjoy and take whatever we can get from it, whether it’s dance and get loose or sulk in our own pity. Live and let live people, this is music not a war zone. Theirs no need to pick sides!
