Medicine Fells Britney Spears’ Mother
The New York Post reports Britney Spears panicked last week when mother Lynne was rushed to Beth Israel Hospital after collapsing from what the singer thought was a “mickey” slipped into her drink. The two had “eaten at a nondescript Mexican restaurant in Midtown by the Theater District,” a Spears pal said. “They had some margaritas, and later, Lynne was rushed to the hospital.” When lab tests were complete a week later, they learned Lynne’s illnes was just an adverse reaction to new allergy medication.
