Hi, My boyfriend and I have tickets for jessicas concert sept 25 at ceasars windsor in windsor ontario canada. It is my boyfriends dream to meet her he thinks she is the most beautiful woman he has ever seen I was wondering if it is possible, please email me back if we can make this happen and what i have to do.
