Meiko Checks In From Salvador Dali’s Hometown
Meiko updated fans on her blog at MySpace on Thursday (January 1) while in Spain. The singer songwriter tells readers:
I’m in Figueras, SPAIN right now… staying at a cute little hotel in the middle of the city… I specifically woke up for the free breakfast and went downstairs to inquire about it… and the dude down there was like uh… its 7 am… and breakfast starts at 8… My fricken clock was 2 hrs early!!! AHHHH!) I seriously just woke up at 5:30 am… What the hell??? I rarely have the problem of waking up too early…
Today I’m gonna visit Salvador Dali’s museum, since this is where he’s from… I can’t wait! It’s gonna be bad-arse… This little town is so proud of him… There is Dali stuff everywhere… the Xmas lights are big ants crawling up all the trees!) How fricken cute!)
After the museum – I’m heading to a place in France called Nice… I’ve never been to France before – but Nice sounds like a good place to start…
