Meiko is out with an electronic press kit (EPK), where the singer songwriter explained her name and talked having “really bad stage fright” which she had to overcome, writing a lot of her songs in her bathroom, the story behind her favorite song ‘Boys with Girlfriends’, and working with producer Greg Collins on her MySpace Records self-titled debut album, which is out on iTunes tomorrow. I LOVE Meiko! I saw her a few times at the Hotel Cafe in Los Angeles – she’s so down to earth – and she’s SO funny onstage!
I can’t wait for her album – I’m gonna get it on iTunes tomorrow.
