Meiko updated fans on her blog at MySpace on Thursday (December 18), spending time in a warm place ahead of Christmas. The singer songwriter tells readers:
I’m officially in Honolulu… It’s beautiful… (Well – what I’ve seen so far!) I got here kinda late yesterday… So – I just woke up and I’m about to go explore… I figured I walk down to the beach and walk forever…
From what I’ve experienced, here in Waikiki, everyones soooo nice and helpful and smiley…
The guy who picked me up from the airport, told me all the best sushi and bbq spots… It is on!
Last night I went to Sansei for sushi… The chefs there were sooo cool! And can u believe they actually heard my songs… I was like… uhhhh… Are you sure!? haha!
