Mel B Says Label Didn’t Drop Her

Radio 1 reports Scary Spice girl Mel B is insisting that she wasn’t dropped by Virgin Records but instead she quit in order to spend more time with her daughter Phoenix Chi. Mel and Virgin Records announced the split in July after her debut LP ‘Hot’ flopped. Virgin wouldn’t comment on the Spice Girl’s claim.
