Merry Christmas And Happy Holidays From Katharine McPhee

‘American Idol’ Katharine McPhee checked in with her MySpace friends on Wednesday (December 24) with the following bulletin:

Hi everyone. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. And… New Year is a week away. What a great few years this has been. I cannot believe how fast everything is going. It seems like yesterday when I was posting a Christmas note and song and yet that is a couple of years ago. A lot has happened since then. I want to wish everyone a great Christmas and Holiday season. Things may seem bleak at times when we look at what is going on in the world but as I said at Thanksgiving, most of us have so much to be thankful for and we are so blessed.

I know that there has been a lot of mystery at times as to what is going on with my record and career but please be patient. Next year is going to be a really exciting year and as I always have said, I don’t like to talk about anything until it is in writing. You are all the best fans in the world. Always so encouraging and caring and loyal and supportive. You are amazing!

I did receive all the Christmas presents and actually opened them early. Thank you so much. I loved opening each and every one of them. You have always been so generous. I also have to thank you for supporting the project in Africa. It is very dear to my heart and you all jumping in and helping out financially is fantastic. These children and the community will be impacted forever. It is one of the poorest countries in all of Africa and has one of the lowest literacy rates. This is a small but powerful step in helping change from inside the education system of this small country. Thank you thank you thank you.

I also sent out a post regarding my new Facebook. You know me; I don’t know a lot about computers etc but I am excited about having this as another resource. However, you will be updated sometime in the New Year with regard to all things web. As you know, I have always wanted a central place for everyone to just sort of hang and get information and chat. I am again working on that and Facebook and MySpace will eventually help make that happen.

   Katharine you have proved to be a major disappointment.Your lack of respect to your fans,your disappointment as a role model to younger girls by marrying a man old enough to be your daddy.With his involvement in your career it is bound to FLOP.

   It seems like you Katharine fans don’t approve of this Pattispage.I also am one of those who think she is so phony.Going back to the on purpose yellow dress incident,her shunning a few weeks of the idol tour to spend time with her aging boyfriend,and all of a sudden Katharine and Kellie got bigger boobs? Think you katharine fans need a reality check.
