Corey Feldman Speaks Out On Jackson’s Troubles
November 21, 2003 – Michael Jackson’s former friend Corey Feldman was interviewed on CNN’s Larry King Live on Friday. The actor and singer weighed in on Jackson’s child molestation cases saying, “I’m taking more of a neutral stance at this point, but that’s not necessarily to say that I believe anything. It’s more to say Michael and I have had our personal issues through the years and we’ve had our differences and for that reason, I’m not here as a cheerleader.” Asked about the behavior Jackson displayed towards children that he witnessed, Feldman responded, “You know what? Everything that I have seen, I have to be completely honest, because I couldn’t do it any other way. Everything I have ever seen about him has been kind and hearted to children. I’ve never seen him act in any inappropriate way to a child.” Check out the entire transcript here.
Media Attention Towards Jacko Case Is Understandable
November 21, 2003 – USC’s Martin Kaplan says the media’s fascination with the Michael Jackson child molestation case is understandable. “This is Laci Peterson and shark attacks and Kobe Bryant put together,” he tells the Los Angeles Times. “It’s a miraculous combination of sex and taboos and pop music and plastic surgery. All that’s missing is the white Bronco.”
