Globe magazine reports stunned fellow guests at Dreamworks boss Jefferey Katzenberg’s home for a recent dinner when he arrived with his own cutlery and plates. “We thought it was a bit rude, but Michael acted like it was the most natural thing in the world,” said a fellow dinner guest.
